Apex Real Estate
Apex has ridden the wave of growth in Wake County. Sitting only 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh, Apex has benefited greatly from I-540 making the commute a breeze. The community has struck a balance – becoming a vibrant modern community, while not sacrificing the historic charm of this turn-of-the-century railroad town heritage. Downtown Apex, also known as the Apex Historical District is noted on the National Register of Historic Districts, which includes residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Still, outside of this district, there is modern growth and new construction abound.
Apex brings together everything that comes to mind when you talk about “community.” Hosting numerous special events throughout the year; including Peak Fest (first Saturday in May) where downtown Apex is transformed into a spectacular street fair to celebrate “The Peak of Good Living”. There is also a fantastic farmer’s market every Saturday from April-October from 9a-2p where you can collect fresh produce, meats, dairy, etc.
There aren’t just community attractions, but fantastic antique shops, boutiques, and restaurants – including the award-winning Anna’s Pizzeria.
