At Go, we are deep rooted in our core beliefs. We don’t have a mission statement, but rather a set of beliefs that tie us together. It is the bedrock of our vision and our culture. Our beliefs aren’t just beliefs. They are commitments that we make to everyone who interacts with us. We embody them in every way and stand behind them in everything we do.
One of our core beliefs that I hold particular near & dear is, Go Gives Back. This is our commitment as individual agents and as a company to give back to the communities that give us so much. It isn’t just about a check (but there is one), it is about service. Our sister company, Garman Homes took on a huge endeavor in 2014 to not just talk the talk, but to walk the walk – or in this case, to build the building…the 2015 Miracle Home. The crew at Garman Homes love what they do and were so excited at the opportunity to give back. Their house are beautiful too, so it was a great opportunity to give back in a unique way, because let’s face it – nothing we do is run of the mill. We even put together a video to show how happy this endeavor made us.
The Miracle Home was more than just an amazing house (although it is definitely amazing). Built in 2014, the Miracle Home was a commitment to the community. The proceeds of the sale of the Miracle Home as well as events & fundraisers throughout 2014 were used to benefit the Mix 101.5 Radiothon and Duke Children’s Hospital and Health Center. This home was built in the Newland Communities of Briar Chapel, just south of downtown Chapel Hill. The Miracle Home became an attraction around
Just last year, Garman Homes & Go Realty collectively pledged over $200,000 to give back. We love our communities and are dedicated to not just be an active part of our communities, but to continue to give back and make them even better. Over the holidays, we were overjoyed to hear that the Miracle Home sold, but we’ll still let you take the tour! We’re thrilled to give back and while this home is taken – we’d love to help you find yours.
