Working as a REALTOR® is very exciting and fulfilling. It gives me the opportunity to work with great people: clients, other REALTORS®, inspectors, lenders and the myriad of other individuals that are involved in making sure the sale, or purchase, of your home goes smoothly. It also gives me the opportunity to bring joy to peoples lives when they find the property of their dreams, or have a smooth transaction when selling a home or property that they have outgrown to move on to their next dream.
I love Raleigh and the Triangle area with its easy access to both the beach and the mountains, wonderful universities and schools, our great art museum, restaurants, and all the other cultural opportunities that Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill offer. If you are thinking of buying or selling property please give me a call or send me an email so that we can talk. I look forward to hearing what you are looking for and discussing how I can best help you achieve your goals.
I grew up in Caswell county NC, on a small cattle and grain farm. My family has a lot of relatives in the Triangle area, so as a young boy we often came to Raleigh and Apex. My great grandfather, Wayland Peebles, owned Peebles Dairy in Apex, which operated in the 1930's and 40's and was just 6 blocks from North Salem Street. When the family sold the farm in the 80's, the farmhouse, where my grandmother Charlotte grew up, was relocated and is now on Hunter Street. The farm was turned into what is now known as Hunter Valley subdivision.
I attended NCSU and studied Horticulture and Business Management, graduating with a BA in Accounting. Northern Telecom in RTP, which later became Nortel, was the first company I worked for when I graduated. After working with all the great people at Nortel for several years I went back to school and I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005.
